green3.jpg Reva an Indian company has released an all electric car for sale directly from their website. The four seater has a top speed of 65 miles per hour and can travel 100 miles without a new charge. This latest model has two recharge options. A full recharge which takes six hours or a fifteen minute quick charge that will take you 45 miles. Reva also has a support and service policy.

If you get stuck on the road the car features a call in support line where there is a back up battery that can be remotely activated. This car also has full air conditoning with controls at each seat and gps navigation on the dashboard. The car is set for purchase at around 16,000 us dollars. The car is also created using minimal amount of carbon emissions renewable energy and post consumer waste. Since the United States is now the primary stock owner for GM Chrysler do you think we can take a lesson from Reva's playbook?
